Moms Get Real About Breastfeeding and Milk Supply Worries

In this episode, we’re joined by three moms, who are in different stages in their breastfeeding journey:

Mommy Yua Dominguez is 7 months postpartum, and a mom of two girls. She didn’t have any anxiety about her milk supply, which she believes helped her have a steady amount of milk.

Mommy Angela Calapatia gave birth through emergency CS, so she wasn’t able to have skin-to-skin contact with her baby boy, now 18 months old. She had no milk at the start, but because of Natalac, her milk supply increased.

Mommy Zildjian Paguio, mom of a 2-month-old boy, is currently mix feeding because of milk supply anxiety. She currently takes Natalac every day, and is currently in the middle of her milk worry. She often thinks, “What if my milk won’t reach the one-year mark?”

This conversation is packed with practical tips, gentle reminders, and much-needed reassurance that milk worry is only a phase, and that breastfeeding success looks different for every mom.
