All parents want their children to be happy, healthy, and less prone to sickness. Now that the rainy season is here, it’s easier for our kids to catch a virus, especially when their immune systems are down. We already know the basics of child nutrition: Give them healthy food, make sure they get some exercise, have enough sleep, and take prescribed multivitamins (when needed).
