Every now and then, we just need a dose of the great outdoors. What better way to do that than throwing a party? When it comes to camping-themed parties, there are a few essentials you MUST have to pull it off! We’ve already rounded up some elements that you’ll need, but we decided to add even more elements to really complete the camping party look. 1. Lanterns

We’re not talking about paper lanterns here. No, we’re talking about real lanterns that you take when you go hiking or camping. Light up the room with lanterns or lantern-themed decor to complete the outdoorsy look!

2. Hiking Snacks

Keep your food in theme–sausages on a stick, marshmallows, food in a jar, and other easy to make snacks you would normally pack on a camping trip!

3. Pillows

Instead of chairs for the children, switch them in for pillows to make them feel more comfortable. Plus, it also gives off the camping in tents vibe too!

4. Wooden Decor

Wood is also a must in every camping party. You can leave little hints of brown in the room by using crates, logs, and even a campfire!

5. Greenery

What’s the great outdoors if not for the beautiful greenery? Make sure to insert hints of green in the party in between all the wooden decor.

6. Tents

Perhaps the top essential in every camping party! Get creative with the color scheme and the tent sizes!

7. S’mores

It’s never a camping party without the s’mores. Have it in a form of a cake, cupcakes, or keep it original–on a roasting stick!

8. Outfits

To really complete a camping party look, you can’t forget about the outfits. Whether you dress in hiking gear, cargo shorts, or even a ranger’s outfit, having your outfit on point just gives any party that extra pizzazz!
