What a lovely party for a little girl! This dainty flower themed party was truly eye catching! Can you believe that a good number of the details for this celebration were made by Lucy’s mom? Unbelievable! And boy, it looked wonderful. The whole party looked like it had a really nice dreamy ambiance–oh, the power of pastel!
