Why we love it: Creamy, smooth, and sweet–we could eat this for days if you didn’t stop us!

Bibingka A rice cake made with flour, coconut milk, water

Why we love it: We love bibingka–especially when it’s served piping hot with extra salted egg and grated coconut!

Halo-halo A shaved ice dessert with ingredients like evaporated milk, sweat beans, sago, gulaman, fruits, and ube

Why we love it: This is what we all crave on a hot day (which this country has a lot of!)–there’s nothing like shaved ice and the mix of sago, gulaman, ube, and more that helps keep us cool and happy!
